Cutting Recommendations & Tips
As a Cricut user, these are the settings that have worked best for me:
• Regular cuts: Glitter Cardstock setting
• Intricate cuts: Medium Cardstock, Default Pressure, 2 passes
Our premium-quality glitter cardstock is low-shed and designed to release very little glitter during handling and cutting. However, because of the natural texture of glitter cardstock, a small amount of residue may occasionally collect on the blade. This is normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the cardstock.
I recommend checking and gently cleaning the blade as needed. I personally use a small ball of aluminum foil to help remove any glitter residue. Aluminum foil helps clean the blade; it does not sharpen it.
Results may vary depending on your machine, blade condition, and mat, so I recommend performing a small test cut first.
Please note: I do not currently have tested cutting settings for Silhouette Cameo machines.
Save the Color Name for Your Next Order
Each pack includes a sticker with the color name. Place it on a small piece of leftover cardstock and keep it with your scraps or color samples. This makes it easy to remember the exact color you used and reorder the same shade when you need more.
